Tonsil lymphoma is one of the most common types of malignant neoplasms of the palatine tonsil. They constitute 1 to 3% of all tumors in the body and correspond to 10% of head and neck tumors. These are non-Hodgkin lymphomas. . Diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is the most common in adult patients. It makes up 35% of all non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Given the limited results obtained in overall survival with R-CHOP in patients under 60 years of age with intermediate-high and high IPI, other more intensive alternatives could be considered (R-DA-EPOCH or consolidation with high doses of chemotherapy and cell rescue. progenitors). The case presented aims to describe the management of a patient diagnosed with DLBCL of the tonsil. As diagnostic tests, biopsies of the left tonsil and left superior carotid jugular lymph node, laboratory tests, CT, PET/SCAN, aspiration and bone marrow biopsy were performed. Six cycles of the R-DA-EPOCH chemotherapy regimen were performed, achieving the final complete clinical response.
