Honorable Editorial Board of Ciencia y Avance Magazine, I am writing to you to express my critical opinion related to the ethical aspect that should not be separated from the exercise of Health care in any of its aspects.
In the healthcare field, the rules, regulations and decisions must be respected, the professional must maintain his or her beliefs and values; It is in the area where conscience appeals to morality by describing norms imposed by a legal system that ensures that the reasons of conscience are fulfilled without promoting social or political opposition. It should be emphasized that health care and promotion are in relation to professional codes, where the daily functions of work teams in the field of Health Sciences are carried out, whose objective is the correct care of patients.
Both in the hospital setting and in primary care, all health professionals who are within the multidisciplinary work team play a leading role in patient care. However, it is not only necessary to take care of patients, it is also important that health systems look towards the care of health professionals, who are the architects of the actions of promotion, diagnosis, treatment, monitoring and administration of the healthcare systems.
